Enjoy a one-year craftsmanship and a ten year structural warranty on projects completed by Outdoor Spaces Design and Build Co. Outdoor Spaces Design and Build Co. warrants its projects from the date of completion. For one-year we  will repair or replace defective materials or craftsmanship with no charge during this period.

Continuing to keep your project clean and treated is a good practice for maintaining a great appearance that will last for years to come. Outdoor Spaces Design and Build Co. recommends that a treatment be applied every other year. Normal wear and tear is typical and is not covered under this warranty.

Any damages due to negligence, alterations of the project's original design, or an act of God are not covered under this warranty. All manufactured products shall be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In order for the warranty to be valid, you, the customer, must have treated the project as specified by Outdoor Spaces Design and Build Co.
